General Home Care Questions

We offer a wide range of non-medical home care services including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite care, and specialized care for veterans and individuals with chronic conditions.

Yes. We are licensed by the state of Texas, and all of our caregivers are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

Caregiver Information

Our caregivers are carefully screened, background-checked, and trained to provide compassionate, professional care. We look for individuals who are not only qualified, but also kind, dependable, and respectful.

Whenever possible, yes. We strive to match each client with consistent caregivers to build trust and routine. If a change is necessary, we’ll communicate clearly and ensure a smooth transition.

Absolutely. We offer a free in-home consultation where you can meet our team, discuss your needs, and ask questions before selecting a caregiver.

Scheduling & Services

We offer flexible schedules—from a few hours a day to 24-hour care. Services can be provided on a short-term, long-term, or as-needed basis.

Yes. We provide care 7 days a week, including holidays.

Yes. We can provide additional support in assisted living, rehab centers, and memory care facilities, complementing the care already provided by staff.

Cost & Payment

Costs vary based on the level of care and number of hours needed. We’ll provide a customized care plan with clear pricing during your free consultation.

Non-medical home care is usually not covered by health insurance or Medicare, but it may be covered through:

  • Veterans benefits(e.g., Aid & Attendance)
  • Long-term care insurance
  • Private payoptions
  • The Medicare-funded GUIDE Program(for eligible dementia clients)

We’ll help explore what funding sources may apply to your situation.

Yes. We are familiar with VA programs and can guide eligible veterans and their families through the application process.

Alzheimer’s & Specialized Care

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in dementia care and offer services tailored to meet the needs of individuals at every stage of memory loss. We also participate in the Medicare-funded GUIDE Program in partnership with Vesper Healthcare.

Yes. We provide temporary relief to family caregivers so they can rest, travel, or focus on other responsibilities—while their loved one receives consistent, professional care.

Post-hospital care helps clients safely recover at home after surgery or hospitalization. We assist with mobility, personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, and follow-up instructions to reduce the risk of re-hospitalization.
